Film Friendly Puslinch
The Township of Puslinch recognizes the direct and indirect economic benefit that the film industry can provide. The pre-approval of projects ensures that Township property and the rights, safety and privacy of the public in the Township are protected while supporting this industry.

Below you can find application and notification requirements of the Filming on Properties and Streets within the Township of Puslinch Policy in order to assist in completing the Film Permit Application.
Film Permit Application Requirements
The complete application and support documents must be submitted to the Clerk’s Department no less than 14 working days excluding weekends and holidays prior to filming.

- Summary of Insurance including but no exclusive to:
- Professional Liability Insurance;
- Comprehensive General Liability and Automobile Insurance (5 Million on Township Property or roadways, 2 Million for Private Property);
- The Township of Puslinch be named as an additional insured.
- Traffic Control Plan
- Proof of Notification
Notification
Applicants must notify, in writing, any resident/property owner within 100 metres (300 foot) radius of the location, who may be or will be affected during the process of filming. A copy of notification letter must be provided with the application, as well as a letter verifying that the properties have been notified.
The film company must place signs in public access areas (roads, facilities and parks) to inform residents that the facility is being used for filming and delays may occur.
