Funding Available for Additional Residential Units
The Township is offering funding assistance for eligible Additional Residential Unit projects, including basement apartments, accessory suites, and detached units.
The Township’s Grant Program Applications are open! This funding opportunity is open until September 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
This program provides support to non-profit organizations and unincorporated community groups. All qualified applicants will be considered during the 2027 Budget process. Applicants are advised that there is a limited amount of grant funding available.
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation is moving forward with Phase 3 of Highways 6 and 401 Improvements from Hamilton north limits to Guelph south limits.
