Municipal Heritage Register

The Township of Puslinch maintains a Heritage Register, which is an official record of all listed properties in the Township.

The Municipal Heritage Register helps the Township to keep track of cultural heritage resources and to honour these historically important properties.

The Township currently does not have any designated properties. Any properties added to the Heritage Register have a listed status. Properties with a listed status does not impact the process for building renovations, unless the owner proposes to demolish or remove any building or structure on the property. The properties on the Heritage Register have interim protection from demolition.

Being listed on the Municipal Heritage Register as a non-designated (listed) property does not imply designation under the Ontario Heritage Act or prevent a property from being designated under the Ontario Heritage Act.

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in adding your property to the Municipal Heritage Register as a listed property.

Please note that the addition of properties to the Municipal Heritage Register is at the discretion of the Heritage Committee and Township Council.
