Puslinch Community Showcase Vendor Information and Request Form

Please note that applications for the Puslinch Community Showcase will only be accepted through this form. Please contact admin@puslinch.ca for additional information.

When: Saturday October 5^th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where: Puslinch Community Centre (Hall, ORC, Front parking lot), 23 Brock Rd S

Fee: This is a complementary event to support the economic development initiatives in Puslinch and participants are invited to make a $15 donation towards the upgrade of the Township’s Electronic Sign at the Puslinch Community Centre. 

Vendor Spots: Each vendor will be provided with a 10’ by 10’ space to set up. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 6’ table (or smaller if desired). Two chairs will be provided with each vendor spot. Further information will be provided to all vendors after this form has been submitted.

Participation in this event is free as part of our efforts to support the Township's economic development programs. We are also accepting donations towards upgrading the Township's electronic sign at the Puslinch Community Centre. If you would like to contribute $15 now, please select Yes. You can also choose to make a contribution at any time leading up to the Puslinch Community Showcase in the future. *

• I acknowledge that I am responsible for the setup, take down and clean up of my vendor spot.

• I acknowledge that my table is to be setup and staffed for the duration of the market.
• I understand that I will receive an email outlining further details about the Puslinch Community Showcase after I have submitted the Vendor Request Form.

Consent to Future Use

The Township often uses photos in it’s advertising and promotion of Township services and programs. Further the Township is continuing to develop its Economic Development programming. Please indicate below if you consent to the Township using the information and photos collected for future Township publications.
