Temporary Sign Permit Application
The Township’s Sign By-law provides the rules and installation requirements for permanent and temporary signs on properties within the Township. Not all temporary signs require a permit to be installed, however they are subject to installation requirements. Types of Temporary Signs Requiring a Permit
A-Frame or T-Frame Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Development Sign and Hoarding Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Feather Banner Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Home Occupation Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Mobile Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Wall Banner Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Community Event Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Community Event Directional Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
Real Estate Directional Sign, Open House Sign or Model Home Sign
A temporary sign used to direct the public to a property where an open house is taking place or to a property which is listed for sale, lease or rental or to a model home for viewing.
