Tender Advertisement – Puslinch Community Centre Soccer Field – Contract No. PK21-001

Digital Tender Submissions in PDF form will be received by the Owner through their online bidding website www.biddingo.com until 12:00 p.m. local time on:

Thursday, January 28, 2021

for the following works:

• Demolition and removals;
• Rough grading and earthworks;
• Seeding including topsoil fine grading;
• Supply and install soccer field markings;
• Supply and install new soccer goals and accessories.

Digital Tender Submissions cannot be submitted after the Submission Deadline. Each Tenderer is responsible for ensuring its Tender Submission is submitted prior to the closing date and time. For the purposes of calculating time, the Biddingo time during the upload/submission process will govern. Tender results will be posted publicly on the Owner’s online bidding website following closing of the tender.

Plans, Specifications, and Tender Forms may be obtained electronically from the Owner’s website at www.puslinch.ca or their online bidding website at www.biddingo.com/Puslinch. Only tenders from bidders who are registered with the Owner’s online bidding website prior to tender close will be accepted. Tenders from bidders that are not registered may be rejected.

A tender deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 shall accompany all tenders, in the form of a Bid Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labour and Materials Payment Bond for the total value of the contract. Scanned or electronically sealed copies of the Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond / Surety’s Consent will be acceptable forms of submission for tenders. Digital certified cheques will not be accepted.

The lowest bid or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Award is based on grant funding and tender may be accepted in parts. Site construction is anticipated to commence on or about April 5, 2021 and no later than April 30, 2021 and be totally complete by June 18, 2021. Liquidated damages shall apply for every calendar day delay in completion of the work beyond the stipulated completion date.
