D13 – GRA Public Notice
The Township of Puslinch Committee of Adjustment will hold a virtual public hearing on May 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed minor variance under Section 45(1) of the Planning Act.
The application has been submitted requesting relief of Zoning By-Law #23-2018, as amended, to permit a reduced lot frontage of the retained parcel to be 20m instead of 120m as required and to permit a reduced MDS I setback from the barns at 6657 Concession 2 to the severed parcel to be 33m instead of 196m as required.
