REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. PW26‐001

PURPOSE – Asphalt resurfacing and drainage upgrades in Puslinch Township on Concession Road 1, Concession Road 2, Nicholas Beaver Road, Farnham Road, Carter Road and Cooks Mill Road.

ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the specified closing date and time. Electronic Tender Submission pricing will be posted publicly on the Bidding System following Tender closing.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: April 1, 2026
Electronic proposal submissions must be received not later than 2:00:00 p.m. (14:00:00 hours), Eastern local time on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
