Circular Materials rolling out new residential recycling cart program in Wellington County

Residents have until June 18, 2026 to pre-order a smaller cart.

Beginning in August, Wellington County residents will see enhancements to their residential recycling program that includes a single recycling cart for all materials. Recycling collection will move to every other week. This widely used, automated recycling cart program is a convenient and safe solution to managing household recycling. New carts will be delivered to homes starting on July 6, and residents can begin using them in mid-August based on their collection schedule.
