Sunday Gun Hunting in Puslinch

Puslinch’s diverse and rich rural habitats provide opportunities for those wishing to participate in hunting seasons throughout the year.

Effective September 1, 2025, an amendment to Ontario Regulation 663/98 under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 has been made to permit Sunday gun hunting in the Township of Puslinch. All applicable rules and regulations that gun hunters are required to follow Monday to Saturday apply to gun hunting on Sunday.

Permission to hunt on all private lands is required. Conservation Officers and the Ontario Provincial Police will be enforcing all laws and regulations. Trespassing will not be tolerated, and violators will be prosecuted. Respect for other users of public lands should be exercised. Conflict among users may jeopardize the future of hunting on these lands.
