Walk-ins may be accommodated where possible. Submitting this form allows Township staff to prepare for your visit, minimize wait times, and ensure all required materials and information are ready for your nomination filing.

Please note that the City of Guelph is responsible for the Upper Grand District School Board Trustee election, the Township of Guelph-Eramosa is responsible for the Wellington Catholic District School Board Trustee election, the City of London is responsible for the Conseil Scolaire Viamonde Trustee election, and the City of Brampton is responsible for the Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir Trustee election.
