Statement from Mayor James Seeley on the Tragic Incident on Watson Road

On behalf of the Township of Puslinch, we extend our deepest condolences to the families, loved ones and friends of those impacted by the tragic incident on Watson Road on October 31, 2026.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this devastating event. We recognize that a tragedy of this nature is felt deeply, not only by those directly involved, but also by the broader community.

We also wish to acknowledge the first responders who attended the incident and those who continue to provide care, assistance and support to everyone affected. We recognize the difficult circumstances in which they serve and extend our sincere appreciation for their efforts.

During this incredibly difficult time, our thoughts remain with the families and loved ones as they navigate this profound loss, and with all members of our community who have been touched by this tragedy.
