Notice of Proposed Unopened Road Allowance Closing By-law

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of Puslinch (the “Township”) intends to pass a by-law to close a portion of an unopened road allowance, more particularly described as:

ROAD ALLOWANCE BETWEEN LOTS 5 & 6, CONCESSION 1 , TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, NORTH OF PUSLINCH LAKE & SOUTH OF LITTLE LAKE ; TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH

AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Puslinch is considering the passing of a by-law to closed a portion of an unopened road allowance and declare the lands surplus at its regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 at 10:00 am., which will be held by electronic participation via Zoom and in-person in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office located at 7404 Wellington Road 34, Puslinch.

Delegation requests for either written or verbal delegations must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 4th, 2026 through the Township’s Delegation Request Form at Puslinch.ca/delegate.
