Notice of Publicized Display

TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Puslinch has approved a Publicized Display to occur at 20 Fox Run Drive, Puslinch ON, N0B 2J0. In accordance with the Publicized Display By-law 008/2022, notice is being provided to all property owners on the street where the Publicized Display is occurring and any other properties that in the opinion of the Township may reasonably be expected to be affected.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT of this notice is to notify affected property owners and to provide the opportunity to provide feedback and/or appeal the Township’s decision to Council. This notice includes:

• Description of the Display
• Proposed date and time and duration of the Display
• Description of methods of publicizing the Display
• A rough sketch / site plan with of the Publicized Display
• Description on potential traffic impacts
• Number of expected visitors
• A waste management plan

APPEAL TO COUNCIL an applicant or any affected residents may appeal the Township’s decision to Council by sending a notice of appeal by registered mail to 7404 Wellington Road 34, Puslinch, ON, N0B 2J0 addressed to the Clerk for the Township within 14 days after being served with the decision. Notice of appeals will be received no later than November
17, 2022 to be included for Council’s consideration at the November 30, 2022 Council Meeting at 10:00 AM.

THE SUBJECT PROPERTY is municipally known as 20 Fox Run Dr and is described as follows:

1. 20 Fox Run Dr, Puslinch, ON, N0B 2J0, PLAN 795 LOT 48

The subject street is shown on the inset map. In accordance with the Publicized Display By-law 008/2022, all property owners on the street and any other properties in the opinion of the Township may reasonably be expected to be affected, are being notified of the Publicized Display.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION regarding the Publicized Display will be made available on November 3, 2022 on the Township’s Website at puslinch.ca.
